PURPOSE: To efficiently dry objects to be dried by improving ventilation or sunshine to the respective objects to be dried, by using the subject tool so as not to become an obstacle at the time of no use thereof.

CONSTITUTION: Plural drying hands 4 are respectively vertically and successively provided and fitted to a supporting shaft 14 on the front side of a pair of left and right supporters 1, for which hooks 3 are respectively fitted on the rear side, connected by a connecting hand 2. The drying hands 4 are turned horizontally to the supporting shaft 14 and extended from the closed state of being vertically overlapped in one line to the shape of a fan. Therefore, these drying hands are vertically overlapped in one line and turned to the closed state at the time of no use so that the drying hands 4 can not be protruded inside a veranda or the like. Besides, since the drying hands are extended in the shape of fan at the time of use, the objects to be dried hung on the drying hands 4 are overlapped only a little and ventilation or sunshine is improved so that these objects can be efficiently dried.
