Abstract:
To provide a clothing treatment device which can omit troublesome operations, while preventing clothing from being taken away and the like.SOLUTION: A clothing dryer 10 includes: a controller 11 for controlling an operation of clothing treatment; and a communication part 19 for performing short-distance radio communication with a portable communication terminal 300 which a user owns. The controller 11 makes use by other users impossible by performing use designation based on a signal from the portable communication terminal 300, when an operation is not being executed, monitors a communication state between the communication part 19 and the portable communication terminal 300 until the use designation is cancelled, and permits or prohibits the operation of the clothing dryer 10 according to the situation of the communication state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
