PURPOSE: To package without generating a cloud due to water vapor by applying an anticloud agent at least on one side of a biaxially oriented multilayer film before the completion of the orientation and making the melting point of the surface layer lower by a specified temperature than that of another layer.

CONSTITUTION: An anticloud agent is applied at least on one side of a biaxially oriented multilayer film before the completion of the orientation, and the melting point of the surface layer is made lower by 10°C or higher than that of at least another layer. For example, isotactic polypropylene with a melting point of 160°C and a copolymer A of propylene as a main component with a melting point of 130°C are coextruded from a two-layer die to form a two-layer sheet, and the sheet is stretched. The surface of the layer A is subjected to corona discharge treatment, coated with an aqueous solution of a mixture of the equal quantities of polyoxyethylene stearyl ether, quaternary ammonium salt polyethyleneoxide adduct, and alkyl sodium sulfate, and dried. As a result, the anticloud agent exists, and heat sealing can be done easily.
