Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain certain release of a clutch disc by fitting an elastic body on the flywheel side and arranging a sleeve which contacts with the inner race of a pilot bearing and interposing a second elastic body between the first elastic body and the sleeve. CONSTITUTION:When an input shaft 2 is inserted, the ratchet part 15b of a leaf spring element 15 is pushed in the radial direction by the input shaft 2, and the top end 15c of the ratchet part 15b contacts with the inner surface of the large diameter part 14b of a case 14. When a clutch disc 10 is pressed onto a flywheel 3 due to clutch releasing operation, the clutch disc 10 slides to the clutch cover side due to the spring action of the ratchet part 15b of the leaf spring element 15, and a gap delta is generated between the flywheel 3 and the facing 10a of the clutch disc 10, When abrasion is generated, a hub 10b shifts to the flywheel side, and the release of the clutch disc is made certain, always keeping a fixed gap delta.
