Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a clutch lever for an electric vehicle from being set at a disconnection position against the will of an occupant.
SOLUTION: A clutch lever 8 provided in a freely reciprocating manner is selectively set at a connection position or at a disconnection position to allow disconnection of a clutch interposed between a driving wheel and an electric motor and the clutch lever 8 is arranged an a storage space S formed behind a seat where an occupant is taken. A stopper is provided for preventing the movement of the clutch lever 8 from the connection position to the disconnection position and the stopper is provided along a passage crossing a reciprocating passage for the clutch lever 8 to be set in and out of the clutch lever 8 so that it can be set back from the passage, when the clutch lever 8 is at the disconnection position, and set out along the passage, when the clutch lever 8 is at the connection position, thus to prevent the clutch lever 8 from being reset to the disconnection position.
