Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify a clutch actuation mechanism by adding a function of a back torque controller to a booster for clutch actuation.
CONSTITUTION: Operation power of a cable 18 pulled by a cluth lever is transmitted to a clutch operation cable 19 by increasing it by a pressure difference of A, B, C cells of an asistor 4. When sliding is generated at a rear wheel at the time of engine brake, a control valve 65 falls due to decrease of negative pressure of a negative pressure tube 78 and an air inlet port 68 is communicated through to an outlet port 69, air pressure passing through a communicating tube 84 rises pressure of the C cell and closes a main valve 50, and shuts off the A, B cells. Simultaneously, air pressure passing the side of a communicating tube 84a enters the B cell by a restrictor 86 in an instant later, pulls the clutch operation cable 19 by way of turning a diaphragm 45 to the left, opens a clutch and decreases the engine brake.
