PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch operation state determination device capable of suitably determining disengagement or engagement of a clutch.SOLUTION: A clutch engagement and disengagement determination section 10 determines that a clutch 3 is in an engagement state when a clutch stroke Cl is determined to be smaller than a first specified value, determines that the clutch 3 is in a disengagement state when the clutch stroke Cl is determined to be larger than a second specified value, determines that the clutch 3 is in the disengagement state when a clutch stroke variation amount Cla is determined to be larger than a third specified amount, and determines that the clutch 3 is in the engagement state when the clutch stroke variation amount Cla is determined to be smaller than a fourth specified amount.
