Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent enlargement of a diameter of a cam surface, and suppress adverse effect due to temperature under use environment.SOLUTION: A clutch unit comprises: a lever side clutch part 11 configured to control transmission and shutdown of rotation torque to be input; and a brake side clutch part 12 configured to transmit rotation torque from the lever side clutch part 11 to an output side, and shut down rotation torque reversely input from the output side. The brake side clutch part 12 includes: a side plate 25 where rotation is constrained; an output shaft 22 to which rotation is output; and a braking member attached and fixed to the side plate 25, and configured to impart rotation resistance to the output shaft 22. The braking member is a metal friction plate 29 pressure-welded to an axial end surface 22h of the output shaft 22, and configured to impart rotation resistance to the output shaft 22 with slide torque occurring in pressure-welding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
