Title:
CMOS SHCMITT TRIGGER CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS61144117
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To generate a hysteresis voltage with high reproducibility by con necting transistors (TRs) so as to make the ON-resistance of TRs dependent on a threshold voltage thereby decreasing the effect of the threshold voltage of the TRs.

CONSTITUTION: When an input signal voltage rises and is larger than a threshold voltage of an N-channel TR10, the TR10 is turned on. A voltage of a connecting point 15 in this case depends on the ON-resistance of a P-channel TR7, and N-channel TRs 11, 10. Since the ON-resistance of the TRs 10, 11 depends on the threshold voltage of the TR10, the change in the resistance value of the N-channel TR10 is moved in the same direction due to fluctuation of the threshold voltage.
