Abstract:
To provide a coal crusher which enables an overload applied to a scraper device to be released with a simple structure and can achieve reduction of costs.SOLUTION: A coal crusher 1 includes a scraper device 10 which scrapes foreign objects dropping from a throat 8 and discharges the foreign objects to a storage box 11. The scraper device 10 comprises: a support base 15 which is provided at a crushing table 3 and rotates integrally with the crushing table 3; a scraper plate 17 which may rotate between an operation position and a retreat position; a connection shaft 19 which rotatably connects a support plate 16 of the support base 15 with a rotation plate 18 of the scraper plate 17; and a pin member 20 in which one end side is fastened to the rotation plate 18 and the other end side extends to a side surface of the support plate 16. The pin member 20 receives shear force between the support plate 16 and the rotation plate 18 to break and thereby release an overload applied to the scraper plate 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
