Nonwoven fabrics 1a, 1b and a reinforcing net 2 are separately supplied and a reactive adhesive is bonded to the nonwoven fabric 1a by spraying. The reinforcing nonwoven fabric 2 is laminated to the nonwoven fabric 1b and the nonwoven fabric 1a having the reactive adhesive applied thereto is integrally laminated to the nonwoven fabric 1b and this laminate is taken up by using a winder. By this constitution, a coarse dust filter 4 can be produced by one process. By using the reactive adhesive in the integration of the reinforcing net 2 and the nonwoven fabrics 1a, 1b, the nonwoven fabrics 1a, 1a become thin and does not become large in pressure loss and dust holding quantity can be reduced.
