In the thermocurable resin constituting the thermocurable resin coating film, a pushing-in depth when applying a load of 49 mN by a pressing element in a columnar shape with a diameter of 1 mm to the coated film comprising the thermocurable resin component formed with a film thickness of 15 μm on a flat plate is 2.5 μm or more in the environment of 20°C. Further, in the thermocurable resin coated film, the classification of a test result carried out based on JIS K 5600-5-6 after immersing the same in boiling water for one hour and then left in the air for 24 hours is zero.
