Title:
COATED FABRIC CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING MOISTURE PERMEABILITY
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH05263369
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a fabric capable of adsorbing a large quantity of water, also capable of controlling moisture permeability according to humidity change, through repeated water absorption and desorption depending on ambient humidity.

CONSTITUTION: At least one side of a textile fabric is coated with a resin liquor containing porous particles predominant in silicon dioxide ≤600m2/g in surface area, ≥0.4ml/g in pore volume and ≥30 in mean pore diameter. The resin is a polymeric material predominant in an acrylic resin, urethane resin or silicone resin, and the porous particles are partly or wholly projected from the resin film surface into the resin film.
