Abstract:
To provide a coated metal sheet free from chromate, excellent in corrosion resistance and coating adhesion and reduced in environmental load.
The coated metal sheet is constituted by providing a film, which is based on one of or both of a metal oxide and a metal hydroxide excepting chromium as metal species, at least on one side of a metal sheet and providing an organic coating layer on the film and characterized is that cracks are provided to the film and/or pits are provided to the substrate metal sheet.
