Abstract:
To provide a coated paper capable of suppressing the reflection of blue light and reducing eye fatigue, and to provide a method for manufacturing the coated paper.SOLUTION: The coated paper of this invention has a coating layer containing a pigment and a binder resin at least on one side of base paper, and contains at least one kind of organic compound having the maximum absorption peak in a visible light region of a wavelength of 380 to 500 nm. In the method for producing the coated paper, a coating layer is coated at least on one side of the base paper by using a blade coater or a rod blade coater.SELECTED DRAWING: None
