Abstract:
To improve the adhesion of a coating material on a coated part together with the corrosion resistance.
On the surface of the part body 10 of a part made of an aluminum alloy, an anodic oxidation treatment layer 11 is formed by anodic oxidation. In the anodic oxidation treatment layer 11, a plurality of minute holes 12 and formed. In all the minute holes 12, a silane coupling treatment layer 13 is formed by a silane coupling treatment, thus sealing all the holes 12. On the surface side of the anodic oxidation treatment layer 11, an organic coating film layer 14 is formed from an organic coating material.
