To provide a coated plate made by laminating an inkjet coating layer formed of water-based ink by way of inkjet coating and a clear coating layer wherein the generation of the blurring and the omission of the water-based ink is suppressed, and can be prepared with high production efficiency.
The coated plate includes an inkjet coating layer formed on a substrate and a clear coating layer laminated on the inkjet coating layer. The inkjet coating layer is formed of water-based ink by way of inkjet coating. The clear coating layer is formed of clear paint that contains a hydrophilic solvent and a hydrophobic solvent in a mass ratio of the former relative to the latter in a range of 65:35 to 35:65, whereby the mutual dissolving of the water-based ink and the clear paint in the inkjet coating layer 3 as well as the interface tension between the clear paint and the water-based ink are suppressed.
