Abstract:
To provide coated spherical powder having high light-scattering effect, blurring wrinkle, liver spot, etc. and preventing powdery feeling, shininess, etc. and a cosmetic composition in which the powder is formulated.
The above problem is solved by using the coated spherical powder obtained by coating the surface of spherical resin powder with flaky titanium oxide. The cosmetic composition in which the powder is formulated is effective, because the composition has extremely high effects of blurring wrinkle and liver spot and preventing powdery feeling and shininess, etc.
