PURPOSE: To obtain a coated thermoplastic sheet excellent in weatherability and adhesiveness by directly coating a polyolefinic thermoplastic sheet with a coating compsn. containing a fluorine-containing copolymer and acrylpolyol modified chlorinated polyolefin having a crosslinked region and specified in chlorine content.

CONSTITUTION: A coating compsn. consisting of 100 pts.wt. of a fluorine- containing copolymer having a crosslinked region and 15-150 pts.wt. of acrylpolyol modified polyolefin having a crosslinked region and containing 10-30wt.% of chlorine and containing 5-60 pts.wt. of a curing agent per 100 pts.wt. of the sum of the copolymer and modified chlorinated polyolefin is obtained. As a thermoplastic sheet confirmed in the improvement of adhesive strength, a thermoplastic elastomer sheet or a thermoplastic resin sheet composed of thermoplastic polyolefin such as polyethylene or the like, PET or an ABS resin is designated.
