Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prepare a coating agent which can form a coating film as thick as 1μm or higher causing crack even when the agent in free from inorg. filler by mixing an alkyl titanate with a polyester resin.
CONSTITUTION: A coating agent is prepd. by mixing two essential components, an alkyl titanate and a polyester resin, to thereby form a gel and then dissolving the gel.
