SOLUTION: A part of a coating soln. carrying member 11 is immersed in the coating soln. 13 housed in a coating soln. tank 12 to hold the coating soln. on the surface of the coating soln. carrying member 11 and the coating soln. 13 is fed by moving the coating soln. carrying member and, after the feed amt. of the coating soln. is prescribed by a prescribing member 14, the coating soln. is applied to an object to be coated.
