Abstract:
PURPOSE: To uniformly coat a material to be coated with ultraviolet curable paint by making the emitting amt. of the paint constant.
CONSTITUTION: First and second heat insulating means are provided as temp. regulation mechanisms always holding a UV resin to constant predetermined temp. As the first heat insulating means, a paper heater 21 is used and a suction pump 2 is surrounded by this paper heater 21 to be held to constant predetermined temp. of 40-80°C. As the second heat insulating means, a liquid circulating device 22 circulating a heat insulating liquid to the periphery of a paint supply pipe 3 is used and the UV resin passing through the paint supply pipe 3 is held to predetermined temp.
