Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the composition exhibiting excellent abrasion resistance, scratch resistance, processability, and corrosion resistance, and capable of preventing a molding roll or shearing blade being abrased at the time of fabrication or cutting.
CONSTITUTION: This composition comprises, as the chief component, a polymer resin, organic aggregates composed of 1-40wt.% of acrylic polymer beads and 1-20wt.%, of tetra-fluoroethylene resin powder each based on the whole solid of the composition, and inorganic aggregates composed of 1-30wt.% of silicon carbide based on the whole solid of the composition, with the sum of the contents of the organic and inorganic aggregates in the whole solid content in the coating composition being within a range between 10 to 50wt.%, and the proportion of the inorganic aggregates in the whole aggregates being within a range between 20 and 80wt.%. The other objective coated metal plate has on at least one side thereof a coating film obtained by application and baking of the coating composition.
