Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating composition for heat and photocurable plastic molded article suitable as a top clear coat application of a plastic molded article, excellent in appearance, chemical resistance, scratch resistance, recoat property, environment resistance and excellent in curability and adhesiveness to the plastic molded article during forming a protective film and a coated film formation method.SOLUTION: A coating composition for heat and photocurable plastic molded article contains (a) a specific acrylic polyol resin, (b) a specific polyfunctional curable compound, (c) a specific photoinitiator and (d) a polyisocyanate compound (however no maleimide compound nor maleimide group-containing copolymer), and has mass ratio of the acrylic polyol resin and the polyfunctional curable compound of 5/95 to 90/10 and equivalent ratio of a hydroxyl group contained in the acrylic polyol resin and an isocyanate group contained in the polyisocyanate compound (NCO/OH) of 0.5 to 1.5.SELECTED DRAWING: None
