Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a curing agent for coating of polyurethane or polyurea providing good physical/mechanical properties to coating of polyurethane or polyurea without any concern on safety and health and to provide a composition easy to handle during application of coating.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a coating composition containing an amine curing agent composition containing bis aromatic secondary diamine of 60 to 90 mol%, bis aromatic primary diamine of 10 to 40 mol% and monoaromatic primary diamine if any, and a prepolymer having a free isocyanate (NCO) group, where a molar ratio between NCO group in the prepolymer and amine (-NHand -NHR) group in the amine curing composition is 0.8 to 2.0.
