Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the stable coating of a multi-color pattern of high coat quality and excellent color tone to an object to be coated for a long time.
SOLUTION: The coating device PS for coating a multi-color pattern to an object 1 to be coated has coating circulation machines 13, 21 installed in coating supply passageways 9, 18, respectively, which run from coating storage tanks 7, 16 to the two-pack concentric coating gun 3 of a coating machine P. Thus the supply pressure of a coating to the two-pack concentric coating gun 3 is made constant by the coating circulation machines 13, 21. Consequently, the variation of the coat quality or the color tone of the multi-color pattern coat due to the pulsation of pumps 10, 19, 26 or the like, is prevented from occurring. For this reason, the multi-color pattern coat of high coat quality or excellent color tone can be stably applied to the object 1 to be coated for a long time.
