Abstract:
To enable a die head to perform coating in a desired range with good accuracy.SOLUTION: A coating device 40 coats a base material 210 with slurry S using a die head 50. The die head 50 comprises a manifold 54 that stores the slurry S therein and a discharge port 50b communicating with the manifold 54. In the manifold 54, a detection part 61 that detects viscosity of the slurry S stored in the manifold 54 is arranged. The slurry S is supplied from a slurry tank 42 into the manifold 54 through a slurry passage 43. A solvent N is supplied from a solvent tank 46 into the manifold 54 through a solvent passage 47. When the viscosity of the slurry S detected by the detection part 61 is higher than predetermined viscosity, a control part 60 adjusts an aperture of a solvent valve 49 so that a cross sectional area of the solvent passage 47 becomes larger as the detected viscosity of the slurry S becomes higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
