Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the rate of operation while reducing the energy required in temp. changeover at the same time by shortening the time required in temp. changeover when a different kind of works different in baking temp. are baked and dried in the same drying oven.
SOLUTION: In a coating drying oven 1 disposed on the way of a line where a different kind of works Wa, Wb different in baking temp. are present in a mixed state, a hot air circulating mechanism 3 having the temp. corresponding to the works lowest in baking temp. is provided and works having baking temp. higher than the lowest baking temp. is heated not only by the hot air circulating mechanism 3 but also by the direct irradiation with far infrared rays using a far infrared ray mechanism 4. By this constitution, a changeover time is shortened to reduce energy.
