To provide a coating film forming apparatus in which apparatus movement can be reduced and processing time can also be shortened since coating is executed with a coating blade and a coating film can be made even with the coating blade simultaneously with coating or in a state after coating, load of maintaining both a coating nozzle and the coating blade is replaced with maintenance of only the coating blade and the problem in quality of a coating film after processing can also be reduced.

The coating film forming apparatus is provided with a chuck 2 and a rotary shaft 6 for holding a fixing roller core bar 1 with freely rotating, a speed adjustable motor 5 for carrying out rotary drive of the fixing roller core bar 1 via these, a coating material ejection port for applying a coating material at the same time over an axial direction of the fixing roller core bar 1 while keeping a definite gap toward the fixing roller core bar 1, the coating blade 7 having a blade top end part for scratching a formed coating film while keeping a definite gap toward the fixing roller core bar 1 after coating, an encoder 6a and a counter 6b for detecting a rotational position of the fixing roller core bar 1 and a control console 6c for controlling rotation of the fixing roller core bar 1 and starting and ending of application.
