To enable rectangular short transfer by an operation of pressing like stamping in addition to the conventional usage of long transfer while drawing against drawbacks of a conventional coating film transfer implement in which transfer cannot be started because of slipping at the beginning of use, and uniform short transfer in length is difficult.

A head equipped with a pressing part for transferring a coating film is held rotatably by a slider which can slide to a body. Both the slider and the head slide to the body inside when the pressing part is strongly pressed to a transfer object surface. At the same time, the pressing part slightly rotates along the transfer object surface. The short rectangular transfer is thus enabled. Moreover, a supply reel is kicked to rotate by returning of the slider, forming a state that a tape is let out at all times at the end of transfer.
