Abstract:
To provide a coating member, a coating apparatus and a coating method which can stably coat a liquid material using a coating needle.SOLUTION: A coating member includes a coating needle 24a for coating a liquid material to a processed material, an outer cylinder 24b, a first driving part 80 and a second driving part. The outer cylinder 24b includes a first end which surrounds the outer periphery of the coating needle 24a and is positioned on a side closer to the tip of the coating needle 24a. The frist driving part 80 relatively moves the outer cylinder 24b with respect to the coating needle 24a in a first direction that is an extension direction of the coating needle 24a. The first driving part 80 is configured to switch a first state in which the tip of the coating needle 24a retreats to the inside of the outer cylinder 24b rather than the first end of the outer cylinder 24b, and a second state in which the tip of the coating needle 24a moves to the first end of the outer cylinder 24b rather than the first state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
