PURPOSE: To obtain a sufficient antistatic effect by applying an aq. processing liquid of a water-soluble conductive polymer, drying the coating and then applying the liquid in such a manner that the pH of the film surface attains ≤8.5 to ≥2.5.
CONSTITUTION: The aq. processing liquid of the water-solubel conductive polymer is applied and dried; thereafter, the liquid is so applied that the pH of the film surface attains ≤8.5 and ≥2.5. Hydrophobic polymer particles are preferably incorporated into the liquid in order to eliminate crazing. The aq. processing liquid added with a salt is preferably used and applied as the method of attaining ≥2.5 to ≤8.5 pH of the film surface after the applying and drying. Ammonia is particularly preferable as the salt. The sufficient antistatic effect is obtd. in this way.
