Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly coat the entire part of surfaces including recessed parts of building boards with a curtain flow coater even in the case of coating of the building boards having rugged patterns.
SOLUTION: Both first and second oblique conveyors 21, 22 are installed in tow rows. The building boards 11 are transported in the route of the first oblique conveyor 21, a cross conveyor 25 and the second oblique conveyor 22. The cross conveyor 25 parallel moves transversely the building boards 11 transported from the first oblique conveyor 21 toward the inlet side of the second oblique conveyor 22. The first oblique conveyor 21 grades upward to make the cross conveyor 25 side (inlet side) higher and the second oblique conveyor 22 grades downward to make the ejection conveyor side 24 side (outlet side) lower. A coating head 32 of a curtain flow coater 31 is installed above both oblique conveyors 21, 22 and the coating of the building boards 11 by the curtain flow coater 31 is executed twice.
