Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating method and a film structure capable of providing the same finishing even by different workers, and a fine finishing even in case of thin film thickness.
SOLUTION: The characteristic of the coating method lies in coating a flake containing coating material after a coloring aggregate containing paint is applied on a material to be coated, wherein the flakes have flexibility. The amount of flake content is within a range of 5-200 wt.%, preferably a range of 5-100 wt.%. The film formed by the coloring aggregate containing paint and the film formed by the flake containing coating material are the same type of color each other. Also, the painted layer formed by the coloring aggregate containing paint and the coating material layer formed by the flake containing coating material are laminated in turn from the surface of the material to be coated.
