Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating robot capable of being miniaturized and a method for assembling the same.
SOLUTION: In a coating robot 1 wherein a coating machinery 20 including a coating gun 21, a coating material supply pump body 33a and a coating material supply pump body-driving motor 22b is attached to a robot equipped with movable portions (12, 13), 14, 15, movable portion-driving motors (12m, 13m, 14m), 15m1, (15m2, 15m3) and an inner pressure chamber 16 wherein the movable portion driving motors are arranged, the coating material supply pump main body-driving motor 22b is arranged in the inner pressure chamber 16.
