Abstract:

To reduce wave noise sharply by arranging a strong dielectric material layer on a rotor electrode surface.

A coating rotor electrode is constituted by forming a strong dielectric material layer 12 by a precursor ceramic method on the surface of the discharging part 10a of a rotor electrode 10. The precursor ceramic method is obtained by coating a coating is formed in such a way that one kind or two or more kinds of ceramic polymer, and barium titanate and strontium titanate such as inorganic strong dielectric filing agent are melted or dispersed in solvent. The coating rotor electrode is installed and used on the rotor of a plurality of distributors, and thereby, it is possible to reduce discharging voltage, and also suppress intermittent discharge.
