Title:
COATING STRUCTURE, OPTICAL APPARATUS OR ELEMENT AND THEIR PRODUCTION
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3757491
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coating structure excellent in surface cleanability, hardly peeling, improved in mechanical durability, by coating a ground layer through an adhesive consisting essentially of silicon with a fluorocarbon layer.
SOLUTION: A fluorocarbon layer 1 represented by a polytetrafluoroethylene and/or a perfluoropolyether having ≤10nm thickness is bonded and applied through an adhesive layer 2 consisting essentially of silicon having ≤10nm thickness on a boundary layer 3 at the surface side of a ground layer to an optical film 9 as the ground layer which is formed by lamination on the top of a substrate body 8 composed of an optical apparatus or element having the surface made of quartz glass or silicon to give a coating structure. Preferably, the coated surface has no change in appearance even by 20 times reciprocated rubbings with an alcohol impregnated cloth and has ≥100° angle of contact of water. The adhesive layer 2 and the fluorocarbon layer 1 are formed by a physical film forming method.
