Abstract:
To provide a coating tool capable of forming a coating film layer with a uniform thickness and a smooth surface, and a coating device equipped with the coating tool.
In the coating tool provided with a tool body 1 having a plurality of head constituting bodies 2 and 3 having edge parts 8 and 9 on the ends and a slot 4 partitioned by the head constituting bodies 2 and 3, and discharging a coating liquid passing through the slot 4 while it is moved in one direction relatively to a member to be coated, a polishing trace is formed along a direction nearly crossing to a coating width on the end surface 3b of the edge part 9 of at least one head constituting body 3 of a plurality of the head constituting bodies 2 and 3.
