Abstract:
This chord processing device is provided with: a processing unit which specifies, by means of a specific process including a transpose of a chord sequence (Ya) in which a plurality of chords are arrayed in time series, a transposed chord sequence (Yb) in which a plurality of chords, which are different from the chord sequence (Ya), are arrayed in time series; an analysis unit which calculates an evaluation index (M) according to the number of target chords included in a candidate chord sequence (Ys) with respect to each of the plurality of candidate chord sequence (Ys) including the chord sequence (Ya) and the transposed chord sequence (Yb); and a selection unit which selects, from among the plurality of candidate chord sequences (Ys), one or more candidate chord sequences (Ys) according to the evaluation index.
