Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform encoding so that the quality cannot be degraded. SOLUTION: Mixing parts 51-1 and 51-2 mix a band signal A0 and a band signal A1 on prescribed conditions respectively. Since mixing signals MA0 and MA1 which have high mutual correlation even in short amplitude parts are generated, band signals A0 and A1 are so encoded that the quality cannot be degraded.
