Abstract:
PURPOSE:To facilitate an easy correction of errors, by providing an emulating function to a data processor to translate a program to translate the read-out program and to give a grammatical check to the translated program. CONSTITUTION:A program which is written to a coding sheet 1 and fed to an electronic computer is read by an optical character reader 2 and then converted into the character codes to recognize the characters. The character codes which are consecutively delivered from the reader 2 are processed by a data processing part 3 on the basis of a prescribed system and then delivered to the peripheral devices 5-7 to be filed. An emulator part 4 is connected to the processor 3 to perform the coding/reading and the translation of a language. In this case, the information filed by an indication of an operator is read out to the part 4. Then the read-out program is translated based on an internal language translating program, and a grammatical check is given to the translated program. Such pogram is delivered to the devices 5-7. In such a way, the errors can be easily corrected.
