Abstract:

To appropriately or easily perform the adjustment by reducing the error of feedback control and improving the reliability of control quality just after the adjustment of a controller.

This device is provided with signal generation 6 for applying a step signal or an impulse as a command signal to controlled objects 1 and 2 for operating a physical quantity corresponding to a command signal from a controller 3 and outputting an observation quantity expressing the physical quantity as the result to the controller, signal recording 7 for time-sequentially reading the observation quantity after the pulse signal is applied, means 8 for generating a Markov parameter from the read observation quantity, a means 9 for calculating a minimum square root evaluation function from the Markov parameter and leading out a controller for minimizing it and a means 11 for reducing the dimension of the controller into low-order controller having an order (n) in order to equip the controller 3 and leading out the operation expression of this low-order controller.
