To implement an extraction of high-quality coffee at a high temperature over a coffee cup and attempting to shorten the extraction time and stabilize the extraction by performing the coffee extraction through utilization of water absorptive function.
A coffee filter 1 is folded inside and a water absorptive raw material 2 is pinched into the coffee filter to be brought into close contact. Directly on a coffee cup a coffee extractor is placed and a leg is made for the coffee extractor so that the inside of the coffee cup can be seen while coffee is extracted. That is to say that as the raw material 2 which absorbs water is inserted into close contact within the coffee filter 1, the coffee is easy to be absorbed. Furthermore, as the absorbed coffee drops down by the force of gravity, the raw material 2 absorbing water regains its water absorptive function at once. This action by the raw material 2 together with the force of gravity helps implementation of a stabilized coffee extraction and a shortened extraction time.
