Abstract:
To provide a coffee liquid extraction system that can effectively utilize coffee liquid extraction residue by using bio-coke made from the coffee liquid extraction residue as a heat source.SOLUTION: The coffee liquid extraction system comprises: a bean processing section 2 that roasts coffee raw beans to grind roasted coffee beans into coffee bean powder; and a coffee liquid extraction section 3 that extracts coffee liquid using the coffee bean powder. The coffee liquid extraction section 3 is provided with a bio-coke production line 4 for producing bio-coke by drying coffee liquid extraction residue after extracting coffee liquid. The bio-coke production line 4 has a drying section 4A that dries the coffee liquid extraction residue after extracting the coffee liquid, and a compressed section 4B that heats and compresses dried coffee liquid extraction residue to make coffee bean bio-coke C. Roasting in the bean processing section 2 uses the coffee bean bio-coke C as a fuel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
