Abstract:
To provide a COG type panel and an organic EL panel that have improved reliability compared with a prior art.SOLUTION: A wiring pattern 16 is formed with a high resistance area 16A that is across an end on a display unit 2 side of a portion overlapping a bump 21 in a rectangular shape, has a small width compared with a pattern width W1 of the wiring pattern 16 at the end, has a large width compared with a bump width W2 of the rectangular shape, and has a large resistance value in an in-plane direction of a substrate 3 compared with the other portions of the wiring pattern 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
