Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil component capable of setting the turn ratio freely, while reducing the line-to-line capacitance between the primary winding and secondary winding.SOLUTION: A coil component includes a core having a winding core 11a, a first flange 11b, and a second flange 11c, first through sixth electrodes E1-E6 provided on the first flange 11b and second flange 11c, a primary winding 12 to be wound around the winding core 11a, and a secondary winding 13 to be wound around the winding core 11a so as to be located above the primary winding 12. The primary winding 12 has a first wire S1 to be wound in a first direction from the second flange 11c toward the first flange 11b while turning around the winding core 11a, and a second wire S2 to be wound in a second direction from the second flange 11c toward the first flange 11b while turning around the winding core 11a reversely to the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
