Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lower the leakage magnetic flux further facilitating the assembling step.
CONSTITUTION: The title coil device 40 is composed of an I-type coil part 47 comprising a U-shape core 42, an I-shape core 43, a bobbin 46 and a coil 44. At this time, the U-shape core 42 is provided with a chamfer 42g on the end of the inner surface 42d of a lower side leg part 42b. In such a constitution, the I-type part 47 can be easily inserted into the space between both leg parts 42a and 42b by the chamfer 42g thereby enabling the assembling step to be facilitated.
