Abstract:
To provide a coil material correction device which can perform high-quality correction without wasting a coil material and can obtain a processed product with high quality.SOLUTION: A leveler 40 comprises: a plurality of correction rollers 44 which can press a coil material 12 alternately from upper and lower sides in cooperation with each other and adjust the relative positions of the upper and lower rollers; a lower side outlet roller 42b which is arranged on the downstream side of the correction rollers and supports the coil material 12 on the lower side of the correction rollers; a sensor 47 which is arranged on the downstream side of the lower side outlet roller and detects the height position of the coil material 12; and a control unit 46. The control unit 46 executes: a first determination step of determining whether or not the warpage state of the coil material 12 is within a predetermined allowable range on the basis of a result of the detection performed by the sensor 47; and a second determination step of determining whether or not to execute adjustment of the relative position of the correction rollers 44 and conveyance in the reverse direction of the coil material 12 on the basis of a result of the determination performed in the first determination step.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
