Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a coil part which is equipped with a closed magnetic circuit composed of magnetic bodies and excellent in electromagnetic characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: A first magnetic board 1 provided with coils 2 on its surface and a second magnetic board 3 provided with recesses 4 which are made to conform to the shape of coils 2 respectively are bonded together with adhesive agent 6. The coils 2 are inserted into the recesses 4, and excess adhesive agent 6 is removed from an interface between the bonded surfaces of the coils and the recesses 4 to form a complete closed magnetic path. The coil 2 is formed on the magnetic board 1 through such a manner that coil conductors 21, 22, and 32 which form a primary coil 20 and a secondary coil 30 and insulating films 38 are alternately laminated through printing or photolithography or the like.
