Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil spring supply device capable of continuously supplying coil springs easy to tangle and attempting reduction of device and operational cost while making the deice small and in large capacity.
SOLUTION: A container 104 storing a large number of coil springs 102 is rotated around a central axis on a driving part 200. The coil springs 102 are rolled up by vanes 106 set in the container 104 in accordance with this rotation and drop from an upper part in the container 104. A part of the dropped coil springs 102 is inserted into a groove 304 provided on a chute 302, slides in the groove 304 by gravity and is discharged out of the container 104. Additionally, the tangles coil spring 102 is excluded from the groove 304 by a slider 308. Consequently, it is possible to continuously supply the coil springs easy to tangle. Additionally, as no pneumatic pressure is used, it is possible to make the device small and in large capacity and to reduce device and operational cost.
